Rent the Fred
The Fred Heutte Garden Terminal Building is a wonderful, flexible event space for all kinds of gatherings and events. Located close to downtown Norfolk, Virginia it’s a convenient destination for all of Hampton Roads. It’s a great space for classes, symposia, showers, birthdays, memorial services, retirement parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, business meetings, classes and elegant weddings.
It’s a very attractive clean lined venue that you can embellish and decorate to suit your tastes. Tables and chairs are included in your rental though you may also bring in rental furniture and decor. We have a catering kitchen with a refrigerator, commercial sink and stainless steel tables so you can bring in outside food.
